Today's card is inspired by a card I saw on the Close to My Heart Facebook page. I loved it and had to put my spin on it.
I stamped the side owl and wing option from the What a Hoot Stamp set from CTMH with some lagoon ink. I stamped and added some color with colored pencils. I then cut everything out.
I worked with placement and created a flowing tail. Taped all wings together and added some wink of Stella shimmer. 
I added the owl body using foam tape. I also placed some glitter ribbon on my card base to give it some interest.
The flowing tail on the peacock makes a statement so I kept it very simple.
