Day 28 card 28
For this card, I used the large owl from the What A Hoot stamp set by CTMH. I used some tape to mask off the inside detail keeping only the outline and stamped it in some water color paper. I then colored it in with some browns. I also stamped some eyes using a stamp I owned. I drew on a black nose and a mouth.
I then created a talk bubble in some water color paper. I used some blues to add some color.
I used a black pen to write my sentiment. Somehow my Fox looks like the tv logo, which was not intentional.
I added my pieces onto a store bought card base with some foam tape. This card reminds me of my nieces. They introduced me to this annoying song...which now lives in this birthday card.
This is my favorite card! It's well balanced...the background pulls you in...and I secretly like that annoying song! LOL! ...'cause for the longest time, I didn't know about the song.....and was annoyed with peeps asking me what the fox says!

ReplyDeleteYou have to listen to it at least once. It's when you play it in a loop that you can go nuts!
